At MORVALEN, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return the product in accordance with the policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to, personalized products, clearance items, and gift cards. For hygiene reasons, personal care products cannot be returned once opened.

Return Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service at support@morvalen.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return is approved, carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
  3. Include your receipt and return authorization inside the package.
  4. Ship the package to:

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

For exchanges, follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. This ensures the quickest delivery and availability of your replacement product.
